Felicity is an English actress known for her performance as Jane Hawking, the protagonist of The Theory of Everything. Jones has been an actor since the age of 12years old, has been a part of numerous TV shows and films. She started her career with the film on television The Treasure Seekers. Then in The Worst Witch she played Ethel Hallow. Then came Weirdsistersisters, a sequel to The Worst Witch. In her film debut Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to feature in several movies. In films such as The Invisible Woman and The Amazing Spider-Man 2 she achieved recognition for her performance. Her performance in The Theory of Everything was which earned her her first Oscar nomination. Jones was Stephen Hawking's second wife in this biopic, received plenty of praise from the critics and people who watched for how she portrayed her. Inferno, a Tom Hanks thriller was her next role. Jones was awarded the title British Artist of Year 2016 by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles in recognition of her exceptional talent and contributions in cinema.
